Cyndi Peters is the founding officer of CMP Financial. She holds a BSB in Accounting from the University of Phoenix is scheduled to sit for the CPA exam during the next 12 months. Additioanlly, she is persuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She has been a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 1999 and has helped many small businesses set up and manage their accounting systems.

Tiffanie Miller- Tiffanie is a lifelong resident of Colorado and graduated from Glenwood Springs High School. While attending Glenwood Springs High School, she received numerous academic and athletic awards. Tiffanie attended both Mesa State College and Colorado State University in the pursuit of a degree in Elementary Education. Prior to joining the CMP Team, Tiffanie held bookkeeping positions at a Western Slope Medical Facility and a local Automotive Shop. She also was an employee with the U.S. Postal Service. In 2009, she became a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor™. Her diverse background, allows her to understand the make up of many business organizations. Tiffanie and her family currently live in New Castle. They enjoy hitting the slopes, hitting the water, and hiding in the woods.

Maggie Rinker – Maggie moved from Ketchikan, Alaska to Colorado over 11 years ago. She graduated from Knappa High School in Astoria, Oregon. Maggie studied Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, and Computer Sciences at Portland Community College and Clatsop Community College. Maggie has held various positions in the financial sector which include: Operations Officer, Senior Loan Secretary, Internal Bank Auditor, and International Accounts Specialist. Prior to joining the CMP team, Maggie worked at a CPA firm where she specialized in the administration of Payroll for over 50 clients. While employed at the firm, she was awarded the Swarovski Crystal Mule Award. Along with Maggie’s passion for numbers is her passion for animals, namely her horses. She enjoys participating in various parades and events. Maggie and her husband currently live in Silt. They enjoy trail rides in the mountains and consider this a true “Rocky Mountain High”.
