Cyndi Peters is the founding officer of CMP Financial. She holds a BSB in Accounting from the University of Phoenix is scheduled to sit for the CPA exam during the next 12 months. Additioanlly, she is persuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She has been a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 1999 and has helped many small businesses set up and manage their accounting systems.

Tiffanie Miller- Tiffanie is a lifelong resident of Colorado and graduated from Glenwood Springs High School. While attending Glenwood Springs High School, she received numerous academic and athletic awards. Tiffanie earned her Associates of Arts from Colorado Mountain College and will be graduating with her Bachelor's of Business Administration in December 2013. Prior to joining the CMP Team, Tiffanie held bookkeeping positions at a Western Slope Medical Facility and a local Automotive Shop. She also was an employee with the U.S. Postal Service. In 2009, she became a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor™. Her diverse background allows her to understand the make up of many business organizations. Tiffanie and her family currently live in New Castle. They enjoy skiing, fishing, golfing, boating, camping, and just about anything else you can do outdoors.
